Service Description

School children find their spark and learn that feelings come and go with the ebbs and flow of their thinking in the moment. They feel less victimised by outside circumstances, have greater appreciation for other perspectives and feel less stressed about outside pressures and expectations. Children find access to innate capacities such as wisdom, resilience, clarity and creativity. This programme runs over four to six weeks.
